摘    要:书院是中国古代的特有的教育形式,而导师制最早实行是在西方,文章通过将书院教育精神与导师制中的师生关系的构建联系起来,从书院教育中得到启发,对于更好地建立和谐的师生关系提出设想。

Abstract:Learning in ancient academy is a special educational form originated in China, and the tutorial system firstly practiced in western country.In order to build more harmonious teachers-students relationship,this paper will try to connect the ancient academy learning with the tutorial system,and draw enlightenment from the ancient academy education system.
