高校田径教学存在的问题及对策研究

研究的目的是要解决高校田径教学中存在的问题,从而恢复田径运动在高校体育中的生命力,发挥它的作用。通过查阅文献和调查,了解到当前高校田径课存在问题主要包括:缺乏“以人为本”的教学理念;缺乏发挥学生的主体性和自主性的功能;缺乏合理的评价体系;缺乏对田径文化的理解;缺乏管理完善的田径俱乐部。根据存在的问题提出相应的对策:建构“以人为本”的高校田径教学理念;在高校田径教学中充分发挥学生的主体性和自主性;建立全面实用的评价方式;提高教师和学生对田径文化的理解;建立与完善高校田径俱乐部。

Problems and Solution of Track-and-Field Teaching in Colleges and Universities

The purpose of this survey is to solve the problems in track-and-field teaching in universities and colleges,to make sure that track-and-field can play its important part in the universities'Physical Education.Through document review and research,this article finds out that the traditional track-and-field classes are lack of the concept of humanism;traditional track-and-field classes seldom encourage the students'initiative and freedom;traditional track-and-field classes are lack of applied assessment;people don't understand track-and-field culture deeply.According to the problems,our corresponding suggestions are as follows:build up humanistic college track-and-field classes;encourage the student's autonomy and initiative;build up more applied assessment;improve the teachers'and students'cognition of track-and-field;set up and develop the track-and-field club in universities and colleges.
