高校体育课程设置优化与素质教育的研究与实践

采用献资料、教学实验、问卷调查、个别访谈和数理统计相结合的研究方法,对高校体育普修课与单一选项课各自的优点与不足进行了分析,建立了“选项 田径”的综合型体育课程模式并付诸于教学实践。该课程能够在项目特点上实现优势互补,因势利导地把学生从所选项目中激发出来的练习热情运用到一定的田径练习上来,充分发挥体育教学的功能,弥补单一选项课在发展体能和素质教育上的某些不足。

Study and practice of improving PE course setting and quality - oriented education in colleges and universities

By using the combined methods of literature,experimentation,questionnaire,interviews and statistics,the authors of the paper analyzed the advatanges and disadvantages of both general courses and single elective courses in college PE,established a combined PE course model of "elective course plus track & field"and applied it in teaching practice.The course model can benefit students with advantages of both elective event and track & field,make the best use of the situation where students can use their enthusiasm aroused from taking part in elective event in certain track & field practice,bring the function of PE teaching into full play and make up some weaknesses of single elective event in physical training and quality-oriented education.
