职业教育人才供需对接平台设计与建设路径研究

新一轮科技革命对职业教育人才供需对接产生新的冲击和挑战。面对职业教育人才供需对接从"双主体"向"多主体"转变、供需对接结构从"线性关系"向"复杂关系"转变、供需对接方式从"数字化"向"智慧化"转变等新形势,都要求加速构建智慧化的职业教育人才供需对接平台。在新技术革命背景下,基于生态、共享和协调理念,构建职业教育智慧化人才供需对接平台,包含数据资源、技术处理和对接服务三个层次模块,并通过区域产业、岗位需求、人才供给、供需关联、供需调控和供需监控等六个数据库,以及数据聚合、语义引擎、智能分析和可视化技术等四项关键技术,为职业教育人才供需对接提供供需匹配、供需分析、供需调节和供需管理等四项服务。职业教育智慧化人才供需对接平台的建设与推进应优化共建共享机制,健全供求趋势发布制度,完善政策保障体系。

Research on the Design and Construction Path of the Platform for the Supply and Demand of Vocational Education Talents

The new round of scientific and technological revolution has created new impacts and challenges on the supply and demand of vocational education talents. The new situation in which the supply and demand of vocational education talents has changed from "dual subjects" to "multiple subjects", the structure of supply and demand connections has changed from "linear relationships" to "complex relationships", and the modes of supply and demand connections have changed from "digital" to "smart". It is required to accelerate the construction of an intelligent vocational education talent supply and demand docking platform. Under the background of the new technological revolution, based on the ecological concept, sharing concept and coordination concept, a vocational education intelligent talent supply and demand docking platform has been constructed, including data resources, technical processing and docking service three-level modules,through regional industry, job demand, and talent supply, supply and demand correlation, supply and demand control and supply and demand monitoring six databases, as well as four key technologies of data aggregation, semantic engine, intelligent analysis and visualization technology, provide four services of supply and demand matching, supply and demand analysis, supply and demand adjustment and supply and demand management for the supply and demand of vocational education talents. The promotion of the construction of the intelligent talent supply and demand docking platform for vocational education should strengthen the joint construction and sharing mechanism of the talent supply and demand docking platform, improve the release system of the supply and demand trend of vocational education talents, and improve the policy guarantee system for the talent supply and demand docking platform.
