河南省高校大学生参与课外体育活动状况及影响因素研究

通过对河南省高校大学生参与课外体育活动现状的调查分析,结果显示:大部分大学生愿意参与课外体育活动,大学生参与课外体育活动的动机主要是为了锻炼身体、休闲娱乐、增加交往、通过体育考试等;男大学生喜欢的运动项目有篮球、乒乓球、足球、羽毛球等;女大学生喜欢的运动项目有慢跑、羽毛球、乒乓球、健美操、跳绳等;大学生体育人口较少;校内场馆和校园空地是大学生经常体育活动的场所等。为此,应加大体育教学改革力度,提高大学生对课外体育活动的认识。塑造良好学校体育环境,提升社会体育环境。
