| 摘 要： | 体育课程内容直接反映教育目的和培养目标，是培养人才，提高教育质量的核心环节，是体育课程建设的主体。以江苏省高中体育与健康课程内容实施现状切入点，通过对调查结果分析，总结取得的成效和存在的不足，并结合我国的实际情况，对我国高中体育课程内容标准提出针对性地改变思路和对策，以期在实践上为高中体育与健康课程改革提供内容操作上的参考。
