图像分层解码技术研究

摘    要:在信息化高度发展的社会,图像传输在网络上的应用逐渐普及,因此对于图像解码技术也提出了新的要求。对于常用的图片格式,在网络传输中精度比较高,而数据率相对比较低,这样便会导致解码后的质量较差,因此在网络传输中会经常出现丢包现象。为解决此类问题,提出了基于小波变换和DCT变换的图像分层解码方案及其实现的理论。

Research on Techology of Image Decoding
Abstract:In the highly-informed society,the applications of image transmission becomes gradual popularization . New requirements are put forward for image decoding technology. AS the kinds of image formats which are widely used nowadays are precious, but the data rates are low in transmission of netwok, the quality of decoding is poor. So packet loss often oc- curs in image transmission across Internet. To solve these problems, this article discusses the layered decoding based on the wavelet transform and discrete cosine transform and how to carry out its theory.
