积极书写对高职生心理健康的影响与作用

摘    要:为探讨积极书写对高职生心理健康的影响,将96名自愿参与研究的学生随机分配到四个不同的书写组接受积极书写干预。结果发现,干预持续时间以及是否对书写的积极事件进行解释,在短期内均可独立促进心理健康水平的提升,不过,只有在将两者相结合的情况下,积极书写的长期效应才能得到体现。研究表明,如果同时激活积极书写的注意转向功能和积极情绪内化功能,并坚持练习,那么积极书写可以作为促进高职生心理健康水平提升的有效方法。

The Influence and Function of Active Writing on the Mental Health of Higher Vocational College Students

Abstract:In order to explore the impact of active writing on the mental health of higher vocational college students,96 students who volunteered to participate in the study were randomly assigned to four different writing groups to receive active writing intervention.It was found in the results that the duration of the intervention and whether or not to explain the positive events of writing can independently promote the improvement of mental health in the short term.However,the long-term effects of active writing can only be reflected when the two are combined.Studies have shown that by activating the attention-turning function of active writing and the function of positive emotional internalization at the same time,and persisting in practice,active writing can be an effective way to promote the improvement of mental health of higher vocational college students.
