浅谈“电子政府”

“电子政府”是指在计算机、网络通讯等信息技术的支持下构建一个电子化的虚拟机关,实现日常办公、信息收发、公共管理等政府事务的数字化、网络化的一种现代行政管理模式。构建电子政府是信息化发展的必然趋势和发展电子商务的必然要求,也是实现政府再造,重树政府形象的有效手段,当前世界各国积极构建电子政府,在我国,政府部门的态度和公众的接受程度在建设电子政府过程中起重要作用。
