| 摘 要： | 择业是每一名大学生面临的共同发展性课题,关系到个体终生的发展。面对市场化的就业方式,许多大学生在择业中引发了各种心理问题,成为影响心理健康发展的重要诱导因素。因此,探析影响大学生择业中心理问题的内源性因素,有益于更高效能地开展就业心理健康教育,提升大学生发展性心理素质,在整体上促进他们深层心理品质和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Opting jobs is an issue for all graduates in their personal development.It is of vital importance for their future career.The market-oriented ways of choosing jobs makes many graduates have psychological problems and causes further psychological damages.Therefore,analyzing the internal reasons for graduates' psychological problems will help to effectively carry out psychological education,improve graduates' developmental psychological quality and promote the harmonious development of their overall in-depth psychological quality. |
