加快发展河南农村劳务经济的对策研究

近年来,随着国民经济的发展及城乡经济的互动,大量的农村剩余劳动力向非农行业转移,农民劳务收入不断增长。当前,分散的劳务活动已达到一定的数量和规模,劳务经济已成为一个新兴产业。河南作为全国人口第一大省、农业第一大省、农村富余劳动力第一大省,输出农村富余劳动力以发展劳务经济具有得天独厚的条件。但是,河南的农村劳务经济尚处于发展阶段,还存在总量、速度、社会保障等多方面的问题,解决好这些问题,是促进我省农村劳务经济快速、健康发展的关键。

Reflections On Promoting Rural Labour Service Economy In Henan

Recently with the development of the national economy and the interaction of urban and rural economy,much of the labour force is transferring to non-agricultural fields,and the farmer's income out of labour service is going up.Nowadays the labour service economy has developed into a new industry because of the amount and the scale of dispersal labour service.Henan,the largest province in population,agriculture and abundant rural labour force,has the unique conditions in exporting the labour force so that the service economy can be developed.But the rural labour service economy of Henan is still in the stage of being developed and it still has many problems such as the amount,speed,the social security.To solve such problems is the key to promoting the rural service economy to develop quickly and soundly in Henan.
