| 摘 要： | 现代竞技体育管理的发展,离不开对体育人才的管理。人是竞技体育管理的根本要素和核心。因此,必须重视对人的管理,始终将“以人为本”的人本化管理理念贯穿于整个竞技体育管理的过程之中。重视人本化管理将成为21世纪提高竞技体育管理科学化、现代化、艺术化、知识化、高效化水平的正确方向。

| Abstract: | The development of modern athletic and physical management lies in the athlete management. Athletes are the foundation and centre of the management.Therefore we must attach importance to the athlete management and the idea of "Humanism" should run though the whole process of the management. Paying attention to the humanism management will be the right direction towards scientific, modem, artistic,efficient and knowledge management in the 21st century. |
