| 摘 要： | 研究目的：设计一种速度滑冰陆地全相模拟场地与训练器械,运动员可利用其在陆地上按冰上实际比赛项目的距离进行起跑、直道横向滑行、弯道交叉蹬动技术的状态、步频、时间、力量进行的循环训练。研究方法：设计加工一套由中心定位盘、弯道弧度插接限定道、旋转的中心定位转盘、圆周运动负重扶车、弯道塑胶踏道、负重扶车配重块、塑料滑道等共同组成速度滑冰陆地全相模拟场地和训练器械系统,研究结果：运动员可利用其训练可有效提高专项力量耐力能力,促进运动成绩提高。 |
