| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等,对南阳市宛城区农村小学的体育师资结构现状、教学工作现状以及继续教育现状进行调查与分析.建议加强农村小学体育师资队伍的建设,加大农村教育的发展,为发展农村小学体育师资队伍提供有益的参考.

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper makes analysis on physical education teachers＇ structure, teaching condition and con- tinued education in rural primary school of Nanyang city Wancheng district, It suggests that we should strengthen physical education teachers＇ construction in rural primary school, promote the rural education development and provide the benefit reference for physical education teachers in rural primary school. |
