摘    要:奖励机制的建立,激发人们工作的热情,调动了人们的积极性、主动性,在管理工作中,显示了较好的成效,同时也暴露了一些问题,我们通过分析这些问题产生的原因和动机,提出改进的工作方法和制约机制,为奖励制度的健康发展,使奖励机制在企业的经济管理中实现其应有的效能。

Abstract:Reward mechanism of establishment, stir up people work of enthusiasm, transfer people's aggressive,active, in the management the work, manifestation better result, also expose some problem, we pass analysis these problem creation of the reason and motive, put forward improvement of work the method and the check and supervision mechanism, is system for reward of health development, make reward mechanism in the business enterprise of the economy the management realization it should have of effect.
