The paper analyses the Poststructuralism＇s characteristics which are deconstructing, returning to history, variedness, decentralization, emphasing on the macrocosmic and difference, etc. It then discusses how to build the poststructuralism educational research methodology including stressing the deconstructing of educational speaking（text） but reconstructing comparative＇s own word-text system, highlighting topics on the margination, microcosm,difference and rhizome thinking as well as nomad thought, introducing a history way, conducting in a gamelike manner, introspecting its own researching practice.
