《植物组织培养》实验教学改革与实践

摘    要:在综合考虑仪器设备条件、培养对象、教学时间等因素的基础上,提出一个切合实际的《植物组织培养》课程实验教学体系,该体系分“基础性实验”和“综合性实验”两部分;并针对该课程的特点,实施了一些实验教学方面的改革,如开放实验室、分小组实验、要求学生写实验开题报告并独立完成实验及增加实验课成绩比例等。经过4年的有益实践,表明该教学体系和教学方法可使学生迅速有效地掌握植物组织培养技术,并培养学生初步的科研开发能力。

Abstract:Considering the condition of the experiment equipments, teaching time and training target in Putian college, the course of "plant tissue culture" could be didvded into basic experiments and comprehensive experiments. According to the characteristics of this course, we have made some reforms in the experiment teaching method such as opening laboratory anytime, dividing the students into smaller groups, having students make initial reports and finish the experiments independently, and raising the proportion of the students experimental marks. It has been proved by four years practice that this method can help the students master the course as well as abilities of basic research and application effectively .
