| 摘 要： | 围绕卓越工程师教育培养的原则,以钦州学院—钦州港口集团公司校企合作为案例,深入涉海行业企业调研,了解企业所需人才的知识结构,从培养方案、教学内容、课程设置等方面重组理论教学体系,实践教学则采用校内实验室—企业实习基地—企业顶岗实习的形式,构建校企产学研合作培养涉海卓越工程人才的理论课程体系和实践体系。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on engineer education principles and with a case of production-learning-research cooperation between Qinzhou University and Qinzhou Port Group,carries out a research in maritime industry.It looks into the knowledge structure of required talents;re-constructs the theoretical teaching system through changes in training plans,teaching contents and curriculum design.A model of in-campus laboratory-industrial practice base-industrial internship is adopted in practice teaching.These help to build up a theoretical curriculum system and practice system for cultivating excellent maritime engineers via university-industry cooperation. |
