高校创新团队管理的协同机制研究

摘    要:随着经济和技术的进步,高校创新团队竞争的模式发生了复杂的变化。竞争与协同的相互作用是高校创新团队有序演化的动力来源,其作用程度决定着高校创新团队演化的有序性和稳定性。在构建提升高校创新团队的内部协同管理机制模型的基础上,通过改善目标管理、沟通管理、资源管理、绩效管理协同机制的四个重要环节,可以提升高校创新团队协同力。

Abstract:With the development of economy and technology,the competition model of innovation team in universities and colleges has undergone complicated changes.The interaction between competition and cooperation is the driving source of innovation teams to evaluate in order,and its effect degree decides the orderliness and stabilization of innovation team evaluation in universities and colleges.This paper establishes a model on promoting innovation team inner cooperation mechanism by improving four important parts,objective management,communication management,resource management and performance management,to promote the cooperative ability of innovation team in universities and colleges.
