| 摘 要： | 在全球竞争背景下，企业竞争力已成为社会各界关注的焦点。目前，以资源为基础的企业竞争力研究，忽略了竞争力的动态性。本文以能力为基础，研究了企业竞争力的形成、结构、层次、演变规律等一系列问题，对从动态角度研究企业竞争力做出了有益的尝试。

| Abstract: | Under the global competition background, enterprise's competence has already become the focus that the various circles of society have paid close attention to. At present, the enterprise competence based on the source neglects the trends of the competitiveness. This text is based on the capability, studying the enterprise forming, the structure, the level and the evolutional rule of the firm competence. It is an attempt to study the firm competence from the dynamic angle. |
