扬州市农村老年人体育健身状况调查

农村老年人体育健身的情况关系到农村科学健康生活方式和文明向上社会风貌的形成。调查显示,扬州市农村老年人体育健身意识淡薄,健身知识缺乏,健身的内容单一,农村可供老年人健身的场所缺乏。地方政府应在农村体育政策法规的宣传、健身知识和技能的普及、老年人健身骨干的培养和健身场所的修建等方面做出努力。

An Investigation on the Bodybuilding State of the Aged in the Rural Area in Yangzhou

The condition of the aged people's bodybuilding in rural area plays an important part in the forming of social look of sci- entific and healthy living style and civilization in the rural area.The investigation shows there is a weak sense of bodybuilding,lack of knowledge of bodybuilding and a unitary content of bodybuilding,and there are not enough places for bodybuilding.It' s the lo- cal government duty to make efforts to propagate physical policy,bodybuilding knowledge and skills,to train key members of body- building and build more facilities for bodybuilding.
