| 摘 要： | 运动生理学是体育院校学生必修的专业基础理论课．但目前教材陈旧，内容繁多，传统的教学模式和落后的教学方法已不能满足现代教学的需要．根据运动生理学的学科特点并结合教学现状，就教材、教学内容、教学方法及考试方式等方面的改革及如何提高教学质量进行了探讨．

| Abstract: | Exercise Physiology is a required basic theory course in physical education colleges, But currently, the teaching material is old, the contents are numerous, the traditional teaching mode and method fall behind, which can not satisfy the demand of modem teaching. This paper makes a deep exploration into improve the teaching quality by means of reforming the teaching contents, teaching methods and examination methods . |
