| 摘 要： | 学习力是学习的动力、学习的毅力和学习的能力等三个要素的交集,人才的竞争实际上已成为学习力的竞争。因此,本文认为学习力就是提升工商管理类专业人才培养质量的源泉,提出可以通过开展以职业生涯设计为导向的目标管理、培育终身学习的理念和乐于学习的心智、构建开放协同的学习系统等发展学生的学习力,以提高工商管理类专业人才的培养质量。

| Abstract: | Study strength is the intersection of three essential factors including study motivity,study willpower and study capability.In fact,the competition of talented persons has become the competition of study strength.Therefore,the paper proves that study strength is the source of promoting quality of cultivating specialized talented persons of business administration.In order to achieve the goal,it is feasible to develop students' study strength through launching on management by objectives under the direction of career design,cultivating idea of lifelong study and mentality of being glad to study,constructing open and cooperative study system and so on. |
