| 摘 要： | 在高职院校引入ISO9000：2008质量管理体系，可以提高教育服务的质量。在教学质量的评价工作中，运用PDCA循环的方法进行对工作质量的改进，能提高教学质量评价的准确度。通过运用直方图对学生的考试成绩进行分析，根据直方图的形状来判断教学效果，并通过多个PDCA循环的阶梯上升，能够实现工作质量的不断提升。

| Abstract: | The quality of education services can be improved through the introduction of ISO9000：2008 quality management system in higher vocational colleges. In the evaluation of the teaching quality, the method of PDCA cycle can improve the quality of work and the accuracy. Using the histogram to analyze the test scores of students, judging the teaching effect according to the shape of the histogram, and a number of step rise of PDCA can achieve the constant improvement of the quality of the work. |
