东西方思维差异与语言翻译

思维的单位是概念、判断和推理；语言的单位是词、句、语段和篇章。思维和语言之间存在着一定的对应关系，思维的方式决定着语言的表达形式。东西方不同的思维方式必然影响着英汉不同的表达，因此在翻译过程中，必须按照译入语民族思维方式的特点，调整语句结构，以符合译入语的表达习惯。
