| 摘 要： | 干部人事制度改革的不断深化给高校干部人事档案管理工作提出了新的课题,高校干部人事档案工作必须适应新形势,本文分析现状,针对存在的问题建议从更新思想观念、健全工作制度、加强自身建设、实现管理现代化等方面采取措施,加强和改进高校干部人事档案管理工作,以更好地为教学服务,为高校发展服务。
