| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告全面深刻地阐明了科学发展观的历史地位和科学内涵,并把科学发展观作为发展中国特色社会主义事业必须长期坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。从此,科学发展观不仅成为我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针,而且也为我国当前社会主义新农村建设指明方向。因此,我国新农村建设要以科学发展观为统领,坚持第一要义是发展,开创农村现代化建设新局面;坚持以人为本为核心,实现人民群众共享发展成果;坚持全面发展为要求,促进农村全方位繁荣新成就;坚持持续发展为导向,树立农村可持续发展新理念;坚持统筹兼顾为方法,构建城乡一体化发展新格局。
