| Abstract: | This paper studies the team working in the science research organization. This issue analyzes the previously conditions and operation model of scientific research team and argues the critical factors on building scientific research team and the management of dynamic harmonizing. The purpose of this paper is to exploring the new management model of scientific research organization. |
