| 摘 要： | 热休克蛋白又称应激蛋白,广泛存在于生物界,对机体有极强的保护作用。HSP70在应激状态下表达可显著升高,有较强的抗损伤作用。在运动医学领域中,HSP70是热休克蛋白中研究最多,也是研究最深入的一个家族。主要介绍了HSP70的生物学作用,以及它在运动中的表达及其与运动的相互关系,并对其在运动医学领域中潜在的研究价值进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The heat shock protein was also called the stress protein.It existed in the organism widely and had protective function on body.The expression of HSP 70 increased significantly when cells exposed to stress.The HSP 70 was studied thoroughly in 70 KD heat shock protein family.This paper introduced the biological function of HSP 70 and relation with exercise,made discussion on potential research value of it in the field of exercise medicine. |
