| 摘 要： | 为了探索现阶段公共档案馆微信公众平台的服务质量,本研究采用探索性因子分析法并在用户感知的基础上确定评价指标体系的权重,制定可行的评分细则作为用户对公共档案馆微信公众平台打分的依据,最后得到公共档案馆微信公众平台服务质量的得分情况,根据每个公共档案馆微信公众平台的得分情况,针对公共档案馆微信公众平台中的不足之处提出建议。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the service quality of WeChat public platform in the public archives at the present stage, this paper uses exploratory factor analysis method, determines the weight of evaluation index system based on user perception, formulates feasible scoring rules, finally gets the scores of service quality of WeChat public platform in public archives and puts forward some suggestions according to the scores of service quality of the WeChat public platform in the public archives. |
