世界优秀花样游泳运动员体型特征的分析

本文采用希思 -卡特体型测定法测试了 81名世界优秀花样游泳运动员的体型。结果表明 ,世界优秀花样游泳运动员的平均体型分值为 3.81 - 3.2 6 - 3.2 0 ,最优秀运动员体型的平均分值是 3.5 0 - 3.42 - 3.5 8,中国花样游泳运动员的平均体型分值为 3.85 - 2 .5 0 - 3.75 ,中因子分值明显低于总体均值和最优秀运动员值。提示 :优秀花样游泳运动员存在最佳体型 ,运动员体型中的中因子分值与运动成绩密切相关

Somatotype Characteristics of the World Elite Synchronized Swimmers

In this paper,with the Heath Carter Method,we have examined the somatotype of 81 world elite synchronized swimmers.The result shows that the average somatolog ical values of the world elite synchronized swimmers are 3.81 3.26 3.20 while the somatological values of the best swimmers are 3.50 3.42 3.58.The somatotyp e mean value for the Chinese synchronized swimmers is 3.85 2.50 3.75,which me somorphical value is obviously lower than the total average values and the best swimmer's value.That is to say,there exist the best somatotypes for the elite sy nchronized swimmers and among the swimmers,the mesomorphical value is closely re lated to result of the swimmer's performance.
