| 摘 要： | 党的先进性建设机制具有时代局限性,要随着时代的发展不断创新。机制创新要坚持以人为本,即以党员群众为根本,以包括党员在内的广大人民群众的根本利益为根本,以实现党员的全面发展、提高党员素质为根本。按照以人为本的价值取向,要创新党的学习机制、教育机制、组织管理机制、奖惩激励机制、联系服务群众机制、党内民主与监督机制。

| Abstract: | The Party's advanced constructional mechanic has time limitation.It must continuously innovate with the development of time.In order to carry out mechanism innovation it is necessary to persist in taking man as the foundation,i.e.taking the basic interest of the Party members and the broad masses as the foundation,so as to realize Party members' overall development and take raising Party members' quality as the foundation.It is necessary according to the value orientation of taking man as the foundation to innovate the Party's learning mechanism,education mechanism,organization mechanism,administration mechanism,reward-punishment and encouraging mechanism,linking and serving masses mechanism,democracy and supervising mechanism with the Party. |
