教师专业化背景下生物教师教育职前职后一体化内涵研究

摘    要:教师专业化是时代要求,教育职前职后一体化培养模式是培育专业化生物教师的必然趋势,其核心是一体化课程体系的构建。遵循目标明确、整体连贯、平衡发展的原则,本研究构建了生物教师教育职前职后一体化课程设置,并探讨其实践模式,以期为当前生物教师教育的改革与发展提供一些有益的启示。

Abstract:Teacher professionalization is the requirement of the times, and the integration of teacher education training mode is an inevitable trend to cultivate professional biological teachers, whose soul is the construction of integrated curricu- lum system. Following the principle of clear and coherent goal. and balanced development,we construct the integrated curric- ulum and its practice mode of biological teacher education,which can provide some beneficial enlightenment for the reform and development of biological teacher education.
