实习班主任教师胜任力的调查研究——以F大学实习班主任教师为例

摘    要:通过行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法,以F大学参加班主任实习的实习生为例,构建实习班主任教师的胜任力结构。胜任力结构包括个性特征、技能特征、态度特征和发展特征的4个胜任力特征维度和18个胜任力特征因子。然后根据此胜任力结构,重新发放问卷521份,对实习班主任教师的现状进行分析,并提出两点建议,为提高班主任实习的质量和促进实习班主任教师的自我提升提供了理论参考。

Abstract:With the research methods of behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey, and with the prac- tice head teachers from F university as a study case, the paper establishes the practice head teachers' competency model, which includes four competence dimensions such as personality characteristics, technical features, attitude characteristics and development features and 18 competency factors. Based on the competency model, 521 question- naires are redistributed to conduct a survey and analysis on the current status of practice head teachers. Finally, two proposals are put forward to improve the quality of the educational practice and promote the self - improvement of the practice head teachers.
