论师德量化的哲学基础

摘    要:师德量化可能性与可操作性问题是当前师德建设领域内出现的两个新问题。师德量化的可能性源于社会主义义利观,其实践路径应该是美德伦理的回报原则。师德量化的这种哲学基础的确立,对于进一步推动教师整体素质提高具有积极影响。

Abstract:The possibility and operability with teachers' moral quantization are the two new issues in the current field of teachers' moral construction.This paper suggests that the possibility of quantization originated from socialism righteousness and profit,and it's practical route should be the principle of return about the virtue ethics.The philosophical foundation of teachers' moral quantization was established,which will exert influence on improving the whole quality of teachers.
