| 摘 要： | 民主进程从来不是单独在政治领域里完成的,它总是与经济领域、文化领域的发展相关,其中经济进程对民主进程的影响尤为显著。列宁说过,政治是经济的集中表现,而民主政治则是经济发展到一定阶段以后出现的产物,它的发展、完善也离不开一定的经济发展阶段。

| Abstract: | The democracy course had never been alone completed in the political field,however,it always be connected with the development of the fields of economy and culture.The impact of economy course over democratic course is especially notable.Just as Lenin said,politics is economy's epitomize,democratic politics is the outcome appearing then after economic growth arrives at the certain stage,so its development and perfects also depend on the certain economic level. |
