| 摘 要： | 目的:研究c-fos在胃癌及淋巴结转移癌中的表达.方法:应用兔抗人c-fos多克隆抗体,SP免疫组织化方法检测76例胃癌及淋巴结转移癌组织.结果:c-fos在胃癌及淋巴结转移癌的阳性率分别为32.6%、63.3%.c-fos在淋巴结转移癌的表达率高于胃癌(P＜0.05).结论:c-fos在淋巴结癌的表达率高于胃癌,此现象说明,c-fos和癌的转移有密切的关系.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study c-fos expression in gastic cancer and chinical lymph node metastasis.Methods: SP (Immunohistochemistry) staining was used to examine specimen of 76 cases with gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis cancer.Results: The positive rate of c-fos was 32.3% in gastric cancer(15/46) and 63.3% in lymph node metastasis cancer(19/30) respectively .The positive staining rate of c-fos in lymph node metastasis was higher than that of the gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion: The c-fos is higher-expressed in lymph node metastasis than in gastric cancer. The result might Might illustrate that it has relation with the metastasis of the cancer. |
