“00后”大学新生心理健康服务需求的调查——以连云港某高校为例

目的:了解“00后”大学新生对心理健康服务的需求,为提高心理健康服务工作的实效性提供实证依据。方法:采用自编的开放式问卷对连云港某高校554名“00后”大学新生进行调查。结果:“00后”大学新生最需要帮助的心理问题主要有情感困惑、人际交往、自我意识、学习压力、生涯发展等,出现心理问题后的求助对象依次为同学、老师、自己和家人;求助途径依次为面谈、网络、电话。结论:调查结果对高校心理健康服务工作的启示主要有:注重发展需求,明确心理健康服务定位;促进朋辈互助,拓展心理健康服务渠道;树立网络意识,创新心理健康服务手段。

A Survey on the Need of Mental Health Services for Freshmen Born after 2000:Taking a College in Lianyungang as an Example

Objective:To understand the demand for mental health services among the freshmen born after 2000 and to provide empirical evidence for improving the effectiveness of mental health services.Methods:A self-designed open questionnaire was used to investigate 554 freshmen born after 2000 in a university in Lianyungang.Results:The psychological problems of the"post-00s"college freshmen who need help most mainly include emotional confusion,interpersonal communication,self-awareness,learning pressure,and career development.The channels for assistance are interview,Internet and telephone.Conclusion:The findings of the survey have implications for mental health services in colleges and universities,mainly including promoting peer support and expanding channels of mental health services;setting up the network consciousness and innovating mental health service means.
