探析现代教育技术对英语教学的作用

随着信息与网络技术的发展，现代教育技术辅助英语教学的优势是显而易见的，由于现代教育技术多元化的优越性以及英语学科的自身特点，现代教育技术辅助教学已成为目前英语教学不可或缺的重要手段，对优化英语教学起着不可替代的重要作用。然而，有些教师在英语教学中盲目过多地使用现代教育技术，也对英语教学产生了负面影响。本文从现代教育技术的定义及其对英语教学的优化作用和负面作用进行论述，指出了使用现代教育技术辅助英语教学应当适度，才能使现代教育技术在英语教学中充分发挥其应有的作用。

Analysis on the Role of Modern Educational Technology in English Teaching

With the development of information and network technology, the advantage of modern educational technology in assisting English teaching is in evidence. Due to the pluralism of modern educational technology and the characteristics of the English discipline, the teaching assisted by modern educational technology has become an indispensable and important means of the current English teaching, and plays an irreplaceable role in optimizing English teaching. However, some English teachers ex-cessively and aimlessly use modern educational technology, hav-ing a negative impact on English teaching. This paper elaborated the definition of modern educational technology, as well as its op-timization and negative role in English teaching, pointed out that modern educational technology should be moderately used in as-sisting English teaching, thus giving full play to the due role of modern educational technology in English teaching.
