基于"技术-市场-规制"模型的技术标准竞争力综合评价研究

随着经济全球化和贸易自由化进程的加快,技术标准的竞争成为国际社会和科技竞争的焦点,已成为各国提高效益的主要手段.本文在"技术-市场-规制"三维模型的基础上,提出了评价技术标准竞争力指标体系,从理论上建立制造业技术标准竞争力评价框架,并在此基础上采用层次分析法对难以量化的技术标准竞争力指标进行科学合理的量化分析.最后以3G技术标准为调研对象,对所提出的技术标准竞争力评价指标体系进行了深入的实证研究.

A Comprehensive Evaluation on Competitive Power of Technology Standards Based on the Technology-market-regulation Model

With the rapid development of economic giobalization and trade liberalization,the competition of technology standards has become the focus of the international technology competition,and the primary means for the countries to improve efficiency.Based on technology-market-regulation model,it proposes the evaluation index system of competitive power of technology standards,and cormtructs the theoretical evaluation frame of competitive power of manufacture technology standard.Furthermore,itmakes aquantitative analysis on the indicators of the competitive power of technology standards with analytic hierarchy process method(AHP).Finally,using the 3G standards as the object,it makes an in-depth empirical research on the proposed evaluation index system of competitive power of technology standards.
