摘    要:优化人力资源配置,挖掘人力资源潜力,是提高高校后勤服务的重要保障,在对贵州部分高校后勤人力资源管理中存在的问题进行综合分析的基础上,提出高校后勤人力资源管理的法制化、规范化建设的粗浅见解,从而更好地促进贵州部分高校后勤工作持续、健康稳步发展。
