激励理论在聋校班级管理中的应用

当今的聋校班级管理在很大程度上照搬普校的管理方法,这实际上是限制了聋生的发展。本研究旨在改变这种现象,寻求一种更适合聋校班级管理的方法,从聋生的特点出发,扬长补短,最大限度地发扬他们的优点,补偿他们的缺陷。通过笔者多年实践,结果表明,将激励理论运用到聋校班级管理中,可使聋生获得更直观的视觉和感觉,从而使学生迅速具备一定的组织性、纪律性和良好的思想品德,为进一步学习文化知识,掌握一定技能提供了必要条件。

Application of Motivation Theory in Class Management in School for the Deaf

The class management in the schools for the deaf is almost copied from that of general schools, which limits the deaf students' development. In order to change such situation and accelerate the deaf students' potential development,the author played the motivation theory into practice and in this article the author presents the good results brought by the application of motivation theory in class management.
