企业技术创新国际化的外部环境影响机制研究

从国家资源层、国家产业环境层、国家政策层和社会文化层等四方面分析东道国环境因素对企业技术创新国际化的影响机制。外部环境因素的差异性，对企业传统的技术创新管理模式提出了挑战。调查分析了外部环境因素对我国依靠企业技术创新国际化的主要影响，并提出了管理对策。

The Impact of External Environment to Internationalization of Corporate technological Innovation

It analyzes how environment of the host country influences the internationalization of technological innovation from four aspects:resource,industry,policy,culture. It found that the differentiation of external environment puts the challenge to traditional managing models of technological innovation. Based on investigation,it analyzes the external environment influences to the internationalization of corporate technological innovation in Chiense firms,and puts forward some suggestions for management.
