| 摘 要： | 从高校教师职业倦怠问题研究的意义入手，对比了国内外有关教师职业倦怠问题的研究状况，提出了当前我国高校教师职业倦怠研究中存在的问题，得到了解决问题的启示，最后分析了今后高校教师职业倦怠的研究趋势。
