| 摘 要： | 文章扼要介绍了近些年来我国国民阅读的状况，着重论述了公共图书馆在以国家行为推动全民阅读的过程中，理应积极参与和肩负重大责任，以及吸引更多的社会公众参与阅读从而推进全民阅读的一些方略。
