| Abstract: | Construction of teaching faculty is a systematic program, it is connotation of the most important construction to application-oriented university. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze systematically the status quo, existing problems, to the guidance of Scientific Development Concept, to explore the long-term mechanism of exerting the progressive effect of construction of teaching faculty in application-oriented university. |
