摘    要:师资队伍建设作为一项系统工程,是应用型本科高校内涵建设的重中之重。对应用型本科高校师资队伍建设现状、存在问题等实然生态作系统分析,以科学发展观为指导,构建起应用型本科高校师资队伍建设的路径依赖。

Abstract:Construction of teaching faculty is a systematic program, it is connotation of the most important construction to application-oriented university. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze systematically the status quo, existing problems, to the guidance of Scientific Development Concept, to explore the long-term mechanism of exerting the progressive effect of construction of teaching faculty in application-oriented university.
