| 摘 要： | 良好的社会适应性需要具有很强的竞争能力和健康的心态。社会适应能力是大学生心理素质的核心内容之一,也是社会对人才素质的基本要求之一。针对大学生在社会适应方面存在的人际关系紧张、挫折承受力差等问题,要采取一些可操作性的应对性措施。
