| 摘 要： | 选择 2 0 0只固始鸡饲养在相同的环境条件下 ,分别于 0、2、4、6周龄各随机抽取 10只宰杀 ,对小腿肌 (腓肠机 )、大腿肌 (股胫外肌 )、胸肌 (肋提肌 )、翼肌 (臂二头肌 )肌纤维直径变化规律进行了研究 ,结果表明 :随着日龄的增加 ,不同部位纤维的直径均显著增加 (P <0 0 1) ;不同部位肌纤维直径在不同时期发育速度不同 ;肉质的改变与肌纤维的发育有关。

| Abstract: | Two hundred Gushi chickens were raised in the same environment. At 0,2,4,6 weeks of age,ten chikens were respectively extracted at andom. Change rules of diameter of muscle fiber on small thigh,big thigh breast muscle of Gushi chickens was studied. The results indicated that the diameter of muscle of different muscle obviously increased(P<0.01). The development velocity of the diameter of muscle on different part was not the same. Moreover,change of succulent was concerned with the development of muscle fiber. |
