| 摘 要： | 公民环境权的提出是人权发展的新阶段。公民不仅有享受良好环境的权利,同时也有保护环境的权利。我国对公民环境权的保护还不完善,需要建立以保护公民环境权为价值理念的环境政策,严格执行公共政策的环境评价,健全环境政策体系,提高国家和公民的社会责任等,以加强对公民环境权的保护。

| Abstract: | The proposition of citizens' environmental right marks a new stage of the development of human right.Citizens do not only have the right to enjoy good environment,but also have the right to protect.Because of the obvious flaws in public policies concerning citizen's environmental right,environmental policies should be formulated and public policies should be strictly evaluated from the perspective of environment.For the purpose of strengthening environment protection,environmental policies should be improved and awareness of citizens should be raised. |
