论"小老师"实验教学模式下学生科研素质的培养

摘    要:文章从科学思维方法、创新能力及科研品质三方面论述了"小老师"实验教学模式下学生科研素质的培养。首先,在科学思维方法的形成过程中,老师的有效引导与鼓励起到关键的作用,而学生自身的努力则是基础性力量;其次,学生的创新思想主要体现在做预备实验和探究性实验中;最后,从个人意志、学习态度、团队意识等方面阐述了新模式下学生科研品质的提高。在这些过程中,老师的主导与引导角色始终发挥着重要作用,而学生的主体地位也得到充分的体现,两者相互补充、相得益彰,全面促进了学生科研素质的发展。

Abstract:This paper discussed the development of students' scientific research abilities from the aspects of scientific ideation,creative ability and scientific research quality.Firstly,in the process of scientific ideation construction, the effective leading work and encouragement of the teacher play a pivotal role,while the students themselves play an essential role.Secondly,the students' innovation is mainly incarnated in preparation experiments and exploration experiments.The last,it is presented that in the new teaching mode the students' improvements of scientific research quality from the aspects of willpower,attitude and teamwork.In all the process,the leading work of the teacher plays an important role,while the students' main body status is fully exhibited.Those two together comprehensively made the students' scientific research abilities improved.
